about

Two things. One choice.

either.fm is a pairwise music-ranking app. We show you two songs. You pick one. The duels add up. After about a hundred clicks you have a top 10 you didn't know you had.

Why pairwise.

Most ranking apps ask you to drag songs around. Drag-and-drop surfaces what you think you like. Pairwise voting surfaces what you actually pick when forced to choose. They're not the same list.

What's a league.

A league is a finite catalog of songs to rank against each other. Right now there's Taylor Swift (91 tracks) and ABBA (19 tracks), with a quick walkthrough if you want to learn the controls first.

Made in Finland.

We're Skadi — also the people behind StrollCraft, a walking-loop app for cities. either.fm is the rebuild of an idea we kept coming back to.

What's not here.

No ads. No trackers. No algorithm trying to be your friend. No personalized ranking — every duel is between two real songs you could have picked anyway. The only thing we record is which side you tapped.

We're in limited beta. 10,000 seats. Sponsor if you've got something to show music people; sign in if you'd rather just vote.
